Returns Policy
Here at Feathers & Quartz, my policy is inline with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000.
Cancellations
I’m happy to accept cancellations if you contact me within 12 hours of purchase.
Returns
I’m happy to accept returns (except for custom items.) Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. If you send your item back within 21 days of delivery in a sellable condition, you will receive your refund. If the item is not returned in a sellable condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Customers are responsible for there own postage and I recommend sending it tracked as I can’t be held responsible if your item gets lost in the post.
Exchange
If you would like an exchange, please contact me with which item you want to exchange. The customer is responsible for the postage cost and ensuring that the item is sent back in a sellable condition. If the item is not in a sellable condition, the customer is responsible for the loss in value.
Please note - I am happy to refund or exchange any item (except for custom items,) however I can not give out store credits.
